Family visits

Live, sense and taste freely the history of bread at the Maison du Pain d’Alsace. What is the history of bread? What are its secrets? What do we know about the profession of baker? Since time immemoriate, this symbolic food is on every table. You can discover it through our 500m² (~ 5,400 square feet) exhibition.

Are you ready to discover the bread’s adventures?

School group visits

We welcome classes from Tuesday to Friday. The discovery of bread history centres on the museum’s visit with a questionnaire or a guide, on activities “main à la pâte” (literally “hands on batter”) and a tasting of the various breads.

A pedagogical file is available for teachers, on demand, on our contact page.
